1. No medical advice

Oxyhyperbaric provides mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy for general wellness and relaxation purposes; our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness program. Results may vary by individual.

2. Appointments & cancellations

We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. Certain sessions may require a non-refundable deposit. We ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made inside that window, or failure to show, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Payment & refunds

Full payment is due at the time of service unless an alternate arrangement has been made. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All sales are final; if applicable, amounts may be exchanged for store credit only. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Customer responsibilities

By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to provide accurate health and contact information, follow all aftercare instructions, and inform us of any changes in your health or medical condition. We reserve the right to refuse service if guidelines are not followed or if a condition is deemed unsuitable for treatment.

5. SMS / text messaging program

Regenoxy LLC / Oxyhyperbaric operates an SMS-based customer-care program. You opt in by interacting with the chat widget on our website and voluntarily submitting your mobile phone number. The program is used only to respond to inquiries you initiate — it is never used for promotional or marketing purposes. Types of messages you may receive:

• Responses to support requests you submitted through the chat widget
• Updates and status changes for open inquiries
• Appointment coordination and follow-up communications tied to an open inquiry

Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details. Your mobile carrier may charge standard rates for text messages sent or received.

How to opt out: To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Delivery disclaimer: Regenoxy LLC / Oxyhyperbaric and its mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use and consent to our SMS text messaging service. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that the mobile number you provide is your own or one you are authorized to use.

No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer service, SMS delivery platforms, and booking/CRM providers) is permitted solely to operate the program on our behalf. 6. Limitation of liability
